In his book, Sigmund Freud wrote: One thing is sure, the problem of anxiety is a pivotal link between various important psychological issues and unravelling it will bring light to all aspects of our spiritual life.

My project aims to help me open the door to exploring anxiety. What I do in this project is not to help people with their anxiety, but to try to understand it and explore it in a different way. And to think about what I can do as a designer.

In this project, I have tried to use an epoxy resin workshop format instead of traditional interviews as a new interview tool to explore the topic of anxiety. And to visualize anxiety to help people think about what anxiety is. Where does it come from? To inspire people to find a release point for their anxiety.
